Our pure certified oral grade flaxseed oil is cold pressed. Flaxseed oil has one of the highest concentrations of plant-based essential fatty acid omega 3 alpha linolenic acid ALA is converted to Eicosapentaenoic acid EPA and docosahexaenoic acid DHA in the body, which are essential fatty acids that are beneficial for optimum health. Omega 3 fatty acids improve general health and well-being. It contains photo sterols with the added benefit of improving skin and coat health.
